AquaSense for Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS)

RAS is a closed-loop farming method — continuously filtering and recycling water instead of relying on open ponds — and it's one of the sharpest examples of what AquaSense was built for: dense, sensor-heavy, failure-intolerant aquaculture. Where a pond gives you room for error, a RAS tank doesn't. Water quality, oxygen, and feed have to be right continuously, not checked on a walk-through.

Continuous water-quality monitoring

Dissolved oxygen, ammonia, nitrites, salinity, pH, and temperature — tracked continuously instead of spot-checked, with alerts the moment a parameter drifts.

Automated feeders & paddles

Feeders, pumps, and paddles run on automated control with manual override — connected over 3G/4G or ZigBee peer-to-peer where cellular isn't reliable.

Continuous power is non-negotiable

RAS depends on uninterrupted filtration — a power outage hits output fast, so generator and pump monitoring are part of the system, not an afterthought.
