From industrial sensors to intelligent systems.
Keleno didn't start as an AI company. We started in IoT and IIoT — connecting physical devices, machinery, and industrial processes to software that had to be right, in real time, with no room for a graceful failure. That discipline is the foundation everything else at Keleno is built on.
How we got here
Over a decade, three chapters
We spent our early years in the unglamorous end of technology: getting sensors, gateways, and industrial equipment to report data reliably, and getting that data to systems that could act on it. It's a domain with almost no tolerance for "mostly working" — a missed reading or a delayed signal has real operational consequences.
That experience shaped how we think about software generally: systems have to survive contact with the real world, not just a demo environment. As our clients' needs expanded into broader IT consulting, systems integration, and full product engineering, we carried that same standard with us.
Today, AI and agentic engineering are the newest chapter — but they're built on the same foundation. Retrieval-augmented generation and autonomous agents are, underneath, just another category of system that has to run reliably inside a business that doesn't stop for you. We approach them with the same rigor we've always applied.
